OPUS Lab part of 5 year MURI project
We are excited to be part of a 5 year $7.5M MURI project on "Supremacy Over Quantum: Efficient Real-World Optimization on Stochastic Binary Networks" including teams from UC Santa Barbara, UC Berkeley, Cornell & Purdue University!
This project will involve teams with complementary expertise to design, build and analyze the stochastic binary networks. The project, led by Purdue University, is entitled OptNet: Optimization with p-bit Networks. We are very excited to be embarking on this long-term project and we are grateful for support from Department of Defense and Office of Naval Research.
