Our research aims to use opportunities enabled by emerging materials and phenomena to design and prototype efficient devices, to be used in higher level design for domain-specific applications. In our research these traditionally distinct areas often intermix with one another. Our interests are broadly about Physics-based Modeling, Domain-specific Circuits, Domain-specific Architectures and Algorithms.

We extend algorithms and architectures that match features of emerging hardware to cater to the needs of computation.
Designing efficient circuits with new functionalities often involves mapping materials directly to applications.
We seek to translate emerging materials and phenomena into physics-based circuit models to design benchmark circuits.
