Kyle Lee, a previous OPUS Undergraduate joins OPUS as a PhD Student

Kyle Lee has graduated from UCSB's rigorous ECE program in 3 years with a GPA of 3.95. We are thrilled to have Kyle continue the OPUS journey as a PhD student!
