Kemal’s IEDM paper on DAC-free digital p-bits has been accepted!

This work introduces a fully digital, DAC-free probabilistic bit that eliminates the analog bottleneck in stochastic computing. The new design enables asynchronous self-coloring, where p-bits update naturally without global clocks, and demonstrates true on-chip annealing through tunable delay lines. The paper represents a key step toward scalable CMOS + X probabilistic computing.
